I took this because I trusted the sources that were telling me about this product. First Clif High then after a while other were mentioning it. I bought an 8oz bottle and the whole family started sharing a teaspoon in our morning oatmeal or scrambled eggs. I kind of forgot we were taking it because my wife cooks most of our breakfast meals. One day I realizes I just simply felt better, and regularly not just one day but every day I was having less joint discomfort, I needed reading glasses less, my mind felt sharper.
